Resolved Question: Where would i end up if I jumped through a worm hole?

See i live in NM but a good central location would be Albuquerque. So there's a worm hole and I jump in it and it takes me to the exact other end of the earth geographically to that one spot. Where would it be? So what is the exact spot on the other side of the earth if I went right through the diameter?
